How it works
You say how today is going
One tap. Overwhelmed, tired, stuck, grateful — whichever is true. That answer picks what plays, rather than serving everybody the same thing on the same morning. If it does not land, swap it. Two tries a day free, unlimited for members.
You get one message, about 31 seconds long
444 original messages, written by people, read by 21 distinct voices. Not quotes, not scraped, not generated. The words are chosen for your season, your goals, and whether you want secular, Christian or broadly spiritual content — and that last one is a hard filter, never a suggestion.
Then you write, if you want to
The journal opens on the message you just heard and asks one question about it, so it is never a blank page. Lock it with a passcode. It stays on your phone — see below, because we mean that literally.
And there is more when you have longer
50 longer reads, around 4 minutes each, on the things thirty seconds cannot hold — grief, money, loneliness, ageing parents, starting again. One a day free.
What it is not
No feed. No streak-shaming. No notifications designed to pull you back in. It is thirty seconds and then you leave, which is the entire idea.

Your journal never leaves your phone
Not to us, not to anyone. It is written to your device, protected by iOS encryption whenever the phone is locked, and if you set a passcode the code itself is never stored — only a salted hash of it.
There is no sign-up, no email, no password. We show no ads and sell nothing. No part of what you write is ever sent to an AI, and choosing your daily message happens entirely on your phone. You can delete everything from inside the app.

Pricing
A one-off lifetime option is $99.99. Members get three messages a day, unlimited reads and unlimited swaps. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and are managed through your Apple Account — see the terms.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up at all — no email, no password. The app works the moment you open it.
Are the messages AI-generated?
No. Every message is original writing by people. The voices reading them are synthetic, and no real person is depicted or implied.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after the first launch. Every message, voice recording and image ships inside the app rather than streaming.
Can I get my journal out?
Any time, as plain text, from the journal settings. Your words are yours and exporting them is never behind the paywall.
